Railworks Upgrade

Despite sending emails 7 times over the past 2 months, no one at railsim or railworks will advise me as to the process for American owners of RailSim to be able to upgrade to the RailWorks sim. Does anyone know how those of us "across the pond" can order the upgrade? Everything on the railworks site for the upgrade is in addresses and finances for Euro consumers.
